**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage, train, and develop staff to enhance their performance and promote career growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with purchasing decisions, and manage merchandising strategies.
- Ensure effective cash handling procedures are followed, including payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the shopping experience.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store sales goals while maintaining pricing integrity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Utilize effective communication skills to foster a positive work environment and facilitate teamwork.
- Maintain organized administrative records related to sales, inventory, and employee performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficiency in retail management practices including merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is required.
- Solid math skills for budgeting and financial reporting purposes.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; phone etiquette is crucial for customer interactions.
- Experience in training & development of staff members to foster a skilled workforce.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
