**Job Title**: Sales Membership & Collections Representative
**Location**: Solange Medical Aesthetics (Company-Wide, covering all clinic locations)

**Job Type**: Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week, weekdays and weekends as needed)
**Compensation**: $19/hour + Commission (tiered system)

**Overview**:
This is a **company-wide role**, requiring flexibility to work across various clinic locations as needed, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the entire company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Lead Management**: Actively follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, inquiries, and past interactions, ensuring successful conversions into membership sales at any of our clinic locations.
- **Membership Sales**: Present and sell membership packages to new and existing clients, outlining benefits and services to drive client retention and increase membership at all clinic locations.
- **Payment Collections**: Oversee the collection of payments across all clinic locations, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and addressing any inquiries or payment issues from clients.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports for each location, and manage client data within the CRM system to ensure accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and activities across all locations.
- **Sales Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate client appointments, membership consultations, and product demonstrations, ensuring seamless sales processes at all clinic locations.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients at all locations, addressing inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving concerns or issues promptly.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, lead generation efforts, and marketing strategies across all clinic locations.
- **Sales Forecasting & Reporting**: Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth across the company’s locations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and locations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members across different locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all locations.
- Previous experience in sales, membership, or collections roles is preferred but not required.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across diverse client bases.

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- This is a part-time position, offering **up to** 30 hours per week, with flexibility for weekdays and weekends as needed, and coverage across all clinic locations.
- Starting pay is $19/hour, with additional earnings through a commission-based tier system, rewarding your success in sales and collections.
