Responsibilities:

- Install various types of flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling surfaces, and repairing any damage
- Lay out flooring patterns and designs according to blueprints or customer specifications
- Install underlayment and moisture barriers as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to secure flooring materials in place
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with various flooring materials and installation techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

**Salary**: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
