**Senior Timber Framer / Operations Lead**

Top Peg Timber Frame Construction is looking for an experienced timber framer who can also assist in overseeing day-to-day shop operations.

This is a **hands-on leadership role**, ideal for someone who wants to keep framing while helping coordinate workflow, crew efficiency, and shop readiness. This position requires good character, reliability and the willingness to adhere to company policy.

**What You’ll Do**
- Cut, layout, and assemble custom timber frames
- Lead complex builds and mentor junior crew
- Coordinate daily shop workflow and priorities
- Support safety, organization, and quality standards

- Assist owner in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with design and construction to ensure quality standards.
- Supervise onsite activities ensuring safety and efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 4+ years timber framing or heavy wood experience
- Strong joinery, layout skills, and ability to read design plans
- Leadership experience or natural lead-hand ability
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
