- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities.
- Assist in the management of office operations, including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Provide support during patient consultations by preparing necessary documentation and materials.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction with the healthcare experience.

**Skills**
- Proficient in dental terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare setting.
- Experience working in a dental office environment is mandatory
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
