**Position Summary**

Under the general supervision of the Manager - Tbaytel Store, the Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Greet and acknowledge every customer, maintain solid product knowledge and perform all other aspects of customer service.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Complete sales orders and point of Sales transactions accurately
- Responsible for Customer Relationship Management.
- Perform post-sale follow-up and support.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Educate customers on Tbaytel’s products and services to ensure they make informed decisions.
- Showcase the features of Tbaytel’s products and services and how they can benefit the consumer.
- Communicate customer requests/concerns to management.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of and complies with all legislation and Tbaytel policies relevant to the position and the duties performed.
- Any other related tasks as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Secondary School Diploma and one year of experience in a retail and/or service environment.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and works in a professional and pleasant tone and manner
- Technical ability to learn new software as required.
- Effective Sales, time management, problem solving, analytical and prioritization skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Post-secondary diploma/degree.
- Previous retail sales experience
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry, products and services.
- Ability to communicate via American Sign Language (ASL)

**Conditions of Employment**
- Must successfully undergo a satisfactory Criminal Records Check.
