**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**SUMMARY**

A personable, energetic, reliable, and organized Houseperson is required for a large residence in Etobicoke. To work alongside Parents with 3 children. This is a Full-time Job.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Detailed cleaning of the residence such as vacuuming, mopping the floors, dusting, etc
- Keeping the residence tidy and organized
- Implement appropriate cleaning procedures through internet research or manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Ensure exterior cleaning and maintenance of all outdoor “living areas” including boathouse, patio furniture, sweeping of walkways etc.
- Full laundry cycle and bed preparation.
- Managing product household inventory and shopping lists.
- Trash and recycling management.
- Internal floral and plant maintenance.
- Able to cook simple lunch and dinners on chefs’ days off
- Assist with special occasions.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the family.
- Trustworthy and flexible with a can-do attitude.
- Willingness to maintain high levels of privacy.
- Work respectfully with other household staff, contractors’ vendors, and others to ensure successful operation of the estate.
- Be open to, suggest and manage evolving duties and responsibilities.

**SKILLS AND EDUCATION**
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- 2+ years of working experience in a private residence or in a similar role.
- Prior experience in hospitality would be advantageous.
- Valid Driver’s license and must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Excellent references are required from current and previous employers.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
