- Assist in generating leads by identifying potential trade-in opportunities or customers interested in upgrading their vehicle.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Upsell products or services to existing customers when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

*Qualifications*
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to analyze data and customer interactions effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
