Migration Technical Advisor-bilingual

**Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company**
- Handle / Update a large amount of tickets + communications to customers
- Keep track / Update of multiple migration projects during the day
- Prepare Migration projects and advise customers of best practice
- Execute Migration Scripts through PowerShell and other migration tools available to you
- Assist and provide technical support for migration projects
- Analyze and resolve technical problems related to migrations encountered by customers: identify the causes, assist the customer remotely using virtual machines, seek and implement solutions.
- Provide a customer-centric approach in answering customers’ requests related to migrations
- Any other related tacks.
**Here's what you need to have and master to get the job**
- Good communication skills in English & French, both spoken and written (required)
- Experience managing clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with Exchange Servers, Powershell, and Microsoft Office 365
- You are result-oriented
- You are organized, resourceful, autonomous, and have the facility to learn new concepts
- You are very meticulous in your work to avoid mistakes
- DES or DEP.
- AEC or DEC in Computer Science (an asset).
