**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Parts & Service Manager, the Lot Attendant provides support to the service and sales departments through exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, as well as handling various logístical tasks such as banking, licensing, and general administrative errands.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

**Service & Parts Department**
- Maintain the service parking area by keeping it clear and ensuring vehicles are in their designated areas. Move vehicles to their designated area as required.
- Assist the Detailing/Wash Bay Department with customer vehicle washing/vacuuming and maintaining the dealership’s service loaners.
- Move vehicles, get vehicles from the compound, and gas vehicles as needed.
- Pick up parts, as required.
- Pull tires from storage and return tires to storage.
- Drop off and pick up vehicles from 3rd party service providers i.e., Rush Proofing, Body Shop.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in and around the shop area.
- Pick up and drop off customer vehicles and ensure vehicles are fueled when necessary.

**Sales Department**
- Ensure the Sales Lot is clean and organized at all times.
- Move and clean vehicles as directed.
- Organize new and used vehicles by model daily; maintain a neat and organized appearance at all times.
- Install and maintain outside signage as instructed by the General Sales Manager or Sales Manager.
- Report any damage or issues to management immediately.
- Ensure vehicles used for test drives are clean and ready for customers to test drive.
- Ensure all display areas have a clean display vehicle with proper signages.
- In the summer months, wash all display vehicles regularly.

**Showroom Maintenance**
- Touch up showroom display vehicles every morning and vacuum the cars as needed.
- Ensure vehicles have their pricing information, rubber mats, license plate brackets, Acura Sherway stickers, etc.
- Remove sold vehicles, have replacement vehicles clean and ready to go, and coordinate the vehicle swap with the detailing team.
- Ensure the showroom, delivery room and facilities are always clean and organized.

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or Equivalent.
- Class G2 Ontario driver’s license.
- Must be punctual, reliable and independent.
- Team player, quick thinker, and able to multi-task.
- Must be available to work Saturday.

**Working Conditions**
- Frequent handling of queries and requests from managers
- Standing, walking
- Lifting, bending
- Fast paced and multi-tasking required
- Full time, permanent position - up to 44 hours per week

**Hours Of Work**

**Monday to Friday**: 8:00am to 5:00pm

**Saturday**: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Will work 5 shifts per week.

Must be flexible and able to work all shifts.

**Type of Supervision Required**
- Reports to the Parts & Service Manager. Works under general instructions to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
