**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist carpenters with the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Help with the preparation of job sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment necessary for projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Participate in restoration projects by assisting with the fabrication of components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on site.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience or knowledge in tasks above preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in carpentry is essential.
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions from skilled carpenters and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to carpentry and construction.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
