Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and develop valuable sales skills. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services - Recommend products or services based on customer needs and preferences - Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize sales - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and pricing - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (multilingual skills are a plus) - Proven ability to sell products or services effectively - Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work setting:

- Apparel store

Work Location: In person
