Come join an amazing team at Match Retail and support our **WOW mobile boutique** team as the new **Sales Transaction Analyst** This role is within the Finance team and supports all our retail locations nationally. **It is a hybrid position with work from our Mississauga office minimum 3 days a week.**
**What you will achieve**:
- Checking daily transactions to ensure correct discounts are applied through the correct use of **Price Corrections** and other designated point of sale tools and use the already established process, flow and templates
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports summarizing analyzed findings and communicate trends
- Monitor certain aspects of compliance in stores (digital contract signing as an example)
- Coach back on mistakes found while maintaining strong working relationships with the field teams
- Channel any misuse to the Loss Prevention team
- Provide timely and accurate responses to field enquiries
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all other duties as assigned
**What we are looking for**:
- Advanced experience and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, statistical analysis)
- Excellent understanding of transaction components and wireless pricing concepts
- A minimum of 6 months wireless sales experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles (desirable)
- Analytical, detail oriented, inquisitive and persistent mindset

**What we offer**:
- Full-time, permanent position with 3 weeks vacation, 6 personal/sick days, group benefits, cellphone allowance.
- Remote work
- Salary range: 50-55k/year
- Role reports to Senior Manager, Retail Systems and Business Intelligence
