- Salary range for Health & Safety Manager between $100,000- 110,000/year based on skills and experience
- Engage and develop all your employees
- Execute your group’s strategic plan and support its implementation
- Implement the health and safety management system within your group in accordance with business objectives
- Ensure the harmonized implementation of OHS practices, processes and tools within your group
- Support your group in implementing the OHS strategy
- Advise the organization regarding best practices in OHS
- Coordinate crisis situations and act as a resource person for stakeholders
- Define performance indicators and communicate the results
- Define and promote the OHS culture with Cascades management and your group
- Ensure compliance with OHS standards, laws and regulations
- Monitor and share best practices in OHS throughout the company

- Proficiency in written and spoken French and basic knowledge of English
- Agility needed to work with various technological tools
- Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
