Precision Contracting is looking to add experienced team members to our installation team. We are looking for motivated, self driven individuals who want to grow and move up within the company, and work towards running their own install crews.

Typical work weeks are Mon - Fri 8:00 to 4:30 with overtime available on some job sites. The position of window installer is a great stepping stone to more opportunities within the company. We have been in business for over 25 years serving Edmonton and surrounding areas and are continuing to lead the building envelope industry.
- Looking for full-time installer.
- Must have Class 5 Drivers License and own vehicle.
- Skills and knowledge of general construction, window installation, air and vapour barrier installation, and carpentry are necessary.
- Any related experience will be considered.
- Must have ability to use a variety of tools including saws, drills, grinders, etc.
- Swing stage and elevated work platform experience.
- Experience installing commercial aluminum products such as Kawneer curtainwall, an asset.

Starting wage is competitive and flexible. It will be based on related experience, knowledge and leadership. Medical benefits are also available to full time employees at Precision Contracting.

Yearly performance bonuses are given out at the end of year.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, supervise or work within a team of window installers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately install windows.
- Utilize hand tools and carpentry skills to prepare and install window frames.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with construction codes.
- Train and mentor junior team members in installation techniques and best practices.
- Maintain a valid Class 5 Licence and adhere to all transportation regulations while on job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
