Nuba is looking for a dedicated **Commissary Kitchen Production Associate** to join our family-style kitchen team
**About Us**:
Nuba’s commissary kitchen is a tight-knit team of fewer than 10 people, where collaboration and support matter. We work fast, efficiently, and ensure a comfortable, safe space for everyone.
**Position Details**:
- **Schedule**: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- **Pay**: Starting at $21 per hour
- **Perks**: Free lunch, tips & staff discounts
**About the Role**:
As a **Commissary Kitchen Production Associate**, you'll play a key role in producing the dips, marinades, and sauces that define Nuba's flavors. Using **Robocoupes R45**, you'll ensure quality and consistency in our kitchen operations. This position also involves **station cleaning, ingredient prepping, packing, and maintaining a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment**.
**Who We're Looking For**:
We need someone who:
✔ Has knowledge of food processing techniques
✔ Holds a **Food Safe certification** (an asset, but not mandatory)
✔ Is **physically capable**, as the role requires lifting and moving ingredients
✔ Pays close attention to detail and can **identify & react to production issues**
✔ Thrives in a **collaborative and welcoming team environment**
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
