**Responsibilities**
- Operate Leeboy 8500 paver to grade and pave driveways and private roads
- Supervise paving team and coordinate construction projects
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the build process to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards

**Experience**
**- At least 3 years of paver operating experience is required**
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction field

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Asphalt Paving Operator: 3 years (required)
