**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or needs.

**Skills**
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping.
- Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Custodial experience is beneficial for understanding the standards of cleanliness required in a hotel setting.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management principles can enhance efficiency in daily operations.
