**Job Duration**: Six (6) month contract with the possibility for permanent conversion. Note - The contractor will be required to work at least one (1) year before consideration of conversion.

We’re looking for an **IT** **Logistics Coordinator **to assist with all shipping, receiving, and reclamation needs of hardware & technology equipment for NFP Canada.

**What You’ll Do**
- Managing and maintaining IT inventory levels including picking/packing equipment orders
- Working independently to provide daily logistics support to our users and technology team, including scheduling and performance improvement
- Work with our vendors to issue RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Deployment of hardware for the On-boarding of new and returning employees
- Assist in E-waste Coordination efforts
- Coordinate equipment orders for new acquisitions and associated logistics support.

**What You Bring**
- Typically, 2+ years of logistics/warehouse management and/or coordination experience
- Basic understanding of IT terminology or experience in a Tier 1 help desk role
- Must be proficient in Excel, and Word, and be able to adapt to/understand various accounting systems, including those of the clearing brokers
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills are a must
- Must be able to manage projects efficiently and effectively, as well as meet the set deadline
- Detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs
