Associate Dentist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. **Responsibilities**:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide general dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental extractions
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix or similar software
- Collaborate with specialists for complex cases or referrals
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
**Requirements**:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Proficiency in performing general dentistry procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Familiarity with dental office management software such as Dentrix or Epic
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for same-day crowns and restorations
