**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking interactions, managing leads, and updating customer information.
- Engage in technical sales discussions, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and business development.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for business development.
