Pressure Washer/labourer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. As a Pressure Washer Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces using high-pressure water sprayers. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Operate pressure washing equipment and scraping tools to clean and remove dirt, grime, and debris, organic waste from surfaces
- Perform pressure washing on a variety of surfaces including buildings, garages, compactors, garbage chutes,sidewalks, driveways, and vehicles
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and chemicals to effectively remove stains and contaminants
- Inspect equipment for any damages or malfunctions and report any issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear while operating equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in pressure washing or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in pressure washing
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance and custodial duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Excellent customer service skills to address any concerns or questions

**Skills**:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for equipment setup and transport
- Proficient in operating power tools and hand tools used in pressure washing
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Detail-oriented with the ability to clean surfaces thoroughly
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

This is a paid position with competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $16.12-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
