With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we’ve been leaders in the truck and SUV tent market for over 35 years.

At **Napier Outdoors**, we’re redefining the camping experience with our industry-leading vehicle tents and gear. We are searching for a driven, personable, and strategic-minded individual to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in identifying and pursing new business opportunities and expand our market share. You’ll also build and nurture relationships with our existing B2B clients, working collaboratively to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives that support mutual growth.

As a key player on the front lines of our sales team, you’ll:
**New Partnership Development**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage new B2B clients through research, outreach, and virtual meetings to grow market share.
- **Retailer Acquisition**:Recruit new retailers, prepare sales proposals and documentation, and negotiate terms.
- **Partnerships**: Collaborate with aligned brands and influencers to create revenue generating marketing initiatives.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Generate reports on product trends, channel performance, market shifts, and competitor activity

**Current Client Expansion**

**Category Growth**: Collaborate with buyers and category managers (e.g., Costco, Best Buy, Bass Pro) to drive sales and improve category performance through tailored sales and marketing strategies.
- **Retail Marketing**:Develop client-specific in-store programs and POP materials with the marketing team to boost sell-through rates.
- **Promotions**: Build promotional calendars and negotiate pricing and exposure opportunities.
- **Product Listings & Launches**:Audit retailer websites, update product content, and support new product launches to ensure consistent brand representation.
- **OEM Partnerships**: Collaborate with OEM accessory teams and agencies at brands like Ford, GM, Honda, and Nissan, on marketing initiatives to maximize product exposure.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **3-5 years** in B2B sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
- Confident communicator who’s comfortable cold calling and engaging senior stakeholders
- Persistent and self-motivated, rejection doesn’t shake you
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in negotiation and building long-term relationships
- Familiar with current digital marketing strategies and tools
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
