**About Modern PURAIR**:
**Job Title: IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) Technician**

We have recently purchased new trucks for our fleet, and we have an openings for **Part-time Indoor Air Quality Technicians**. This is a rare occasion for progress in our company faster than usual You also get to work with a supportive and exciting team. Please read below for more info.

**No experience in HVAC is required. But, if you have a passion for people, customer service, and you are willing to learn, this is the place for you Training will be provided and we are happy to help you become successful - at work and outside work.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Being Pro-Active in daily tasks and schedules
- Creating a true connection with each customer and establishing a solid relationship foundation on behalf of Modern PURAIR
- Communicating to customers the procedures we utilize & answering customer questions/queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining a positive appearance and performance of tasks to the high standards of a premium service
- Identifying opportunities for sales
- Providing quotes, assessing job requirements and preparing/submitting reports
- Interacting with customers to provide explanations & guidance as to the operation and maintenance of their equipment
- Performing HVAC services and Air Quality Testing in residential and commercial sites
- Operating and maintaining of equipment/materials used
- Utilization of standardized Modern PURAIR procedures, software and technology
- Operating company work van (Mercedes Sprinter) to and from job sites
- Keeping an organized list of truck inventory on a consistent basis (daily/weekly)
- Ability to be a team player and thrive in dynamic coaching situations
- Following the PURAIR Way (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)
- Showing up to work on-time in your clean, company provided uniform
- Performing walkthroughs with our clients to confirm our rates prior to starting the job
- Educating our clients on our services so they can properly make decisions
- Using our software to invoice clients off a company provided iPhone/iPad
- Have a positive, motivated, and energetic personality
- Able to successfully work in both team/independent environments
- Be dedicated to exceptional customer service and putting the customer FIRST
- Have a clean driver abstract and be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be proactive and patient in their day-to-day activities

**Experience with the following is preferred, but not required**:

- Basic Tools (Drill, Tin Snips, pliers)
- Ladders
- Using Apple technology
- Experience driving a Mercedes Sprinter van
- Commercial or Residential HVAC systems

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Education**:
