**Compensation Package**
- Wage is dependent on experience
- Enrolment in the following after 90 days:

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage projects through lifecycle of project
- Estimating as required
- Attend all project meetings as required
- Liaise with the customer, sub-contractors, suppliers & client
- Develop/review/revise a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities, monitor & adjust to ensure successful completion
- Review the quality of the work/documentation completed to ensure that it meets Company standards
- Source/order material that is required for jobs
- Review & approval of invoices prior to customer receipt of invoice
- Coordinate & direct activities of crew as required
- Oversee professionalism of crew & ensure delivery of high-quality service
- Assist site supervision & safety with any issues that arise
- Participate in interviews, & performance management of employees with HR
- Visit sites/remain at site as required
- Work on the tools if required
- Adhere to & enforce all JA Tech Inc. policies & procedures
- Comply with Electrical Code, safety standards, & other applicable legislation
- Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Tech Inc.’s OH&S Manual
- Perform other duties as required

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous 3+ years project management experience or 5+ years of field supervisory experience in industrial/utility settings
- Estimating experience is an asset
- Leadership training is an asset
- PMP Designation is an asset
- Red Seal Electrician is an asset
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
