$18/hr - $25/hr based on experience, knowledge, and personal skills.

- Install, configure hardware and software to suit clients’ needs
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve hardware, software and network problems
- Knowledge of using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics, to assess and resolve equipment and system failures
- Ability to recommend hardware and software improvements to clients
- Maintain and update local networks, servers, backups etc
- Ensure privacy and security of networks and computer systems
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Input, update and maintain accurate records of your day-to-day tasks
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Must work well independently, be self-motivated as well as follow directions.

8-hour shift - Flexible schedule based around core hours
Monday to Friday (some after hours and weekend support, as needed)
Overtime
90% onsite 10% remote

**Requirements**:
Must have a positive personality
Must reside in or near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Driver’s License with access to a reliable vehicle

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
