**The Role**:
Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a Script Coordinator to join the Little Angel Creative team running from their Montreal office.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the writers and Creative Directors in their daily production functions including but not limited to:

- Maintain and coordinate writing schedule to hit monthly quotas.
- Attend writer’s meetings and prepare follow-up notes.
- Transcribe notes into the correct format for submission to the writers, internal teams and network, ensuring a proper flow of communication..
- Distribute premise, outlines, and script drafts and revisions internally and to the network.
- Ensure that premises and script development follow the content order provided by the General Manager.
- Organize creative meetings to align content and share feedback from the Creative Executive team.
- Coordinate feedback to the writers and network accordingly and inline with the schedule
- Review and validate the proper completion of the scripts, ensuring that all requirements have been addressed.
- Distribute premises, outlines, and script drafts and revisions internally.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database and files of premises, outlines, and scripts, including all drafts and submissions.
- Prepare, track, and catalogue premise, outline, and script submissions to the stakeholders.
- Follow up with the team members to receive notes on schedule.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Desired Experience and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in production management or an internship in children's animation or a related field
- Knowledge of Final Draft and Google Drive/Sheets
- Strong Production Management skills and knowledge of the animation pipeline
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones and multi-tasking multiple projects at once
- Must be a self-starter and have excellent teamwork skills
