**Job Summary**

As a Line Cook at Baddog Kitchen, you’ll be an essential part of a tight-knit kitchen team, responsible for preparing and plating dishes quickly, accurately, and consistently. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and love working with great food, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare menu items quickly, consistently, and to Baddog’s standards
- Prep ingredients (wash, chop, portion, measure) for daily service
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure every plate meets expectations
- Replenish supplies and prep items as needed during shifts
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing kitchen procedures
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with fellow team members
- Assist with menu testing and recipe development when requested
- Report equipment or food quality issues to management immediately
- Support the team with other kitchen duties as needed

**Qualifications**
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
