Pharmacy technician is required to Support pharmacists in providing dispensary and pharmacy services.

The Pharmacy Technician will receive direction from the pharmacist on duty and Pharmacy Manager.

**Experience in Fillware**

**_Specific Responsibilities : _**
- Excellent communication with patients to fulfill their needs
- Receiving prescriptions from patients.
- Checking the prescription Name; Address; DOB; Allergies; 3rd Party Information; Any regular medications.
- Excellent Computer Skills : i.e. Data Entry;Patient Information Entry, medications, dosage, prescriber name etc..
- Filling prescriptions and invoices
- Selecting and preparing appropriate products.
- Labeling and organizing for pharmacist checking.
- Maintaining appropriate stock levels of drugs and supplies
- Checking for and pulling expired medications every 3 months
- Order medications and pharmacy supplies
- Stocking supplies (Vials, labels, bags)
- Keeping the dispensary clean and organized.
- Organize OTC medications and order them as directed
- Adheres to all policies and standard operating procedures according to Ontario College of Pharmacy.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
