Process Improvement Analyst

LandSolutions is looking to expand their talent pipeline in the Greater Toronto Area to service our clients by supporting the Talent Sourcing team in our Asset Management Division.
These consultant positions are largely outsourced and hosted at the client's offices in Ontario. We are currently looking for a **Process Improvement Analyst** to work in our clients' offices in **downtown** **Toronto and remotely **on a** 1 year contract.
**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate existing business systems and processes and how these integrate with stakeholders and projects
- Provide recommendations for creating efficiencies of business process mapping, improvements, and integration with current systems
- Determine and outline efficiencies and business process improvements
- Develop solutions by designing and developing business process and improvement plans in accordance with guidelines, methodology and governance
- Oversee all aspects related to the planning, scheduling, facilitating and leading process development meetings with affected stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation of results and improvement decisions related to the processes and be responsible for the escalation and coordination of key issues and actions where applicable
- Work cross divisionally to support process development, new technologies and ensure efficient and effective transfer of data
- Perform ongoing analyses on implemented processes and ensure data analytics are recorded
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in infrastructure or related field
- Post-secondary education in project management or business management
- 5 years experience driving process innovation and improvements that enabled efficiencies
- Experience with acquisition controls, payments, and systems database
- Knowledge of property requisition processes and documentation
- Experience or knowledge with GIS systems
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and value stream mapping
- Advanced communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Service Now considered an asset
