**Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Assist customers with paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales or retail sales is preferred; automotive experience is a plus. OMVIC certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Proficient math skills for calculating payments and financing options.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A passion for cars and a desire to help customers make informed decisions.

Pay: $18,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
