**WHAT’S THE JOB?**

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
**Status**:Full Time, permanent, On-site

**Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role**:

- Carrying out and reinforcing Company policies and procedures provided by Head Office
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe and healthy work environment
- Providing continuous constructive feedback in order to help warehouse personnel succeed
- Collaborate with several appropriate departments on a daily basis
- Follow up on stock, inventory and deliveries, maintain quality control, and ensure proper staffing levels
- Identify areas of improvement and seek means to develop skill set needed
- Ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse
- Execute other related duties as assigned

**Here is what’s important to have to apply**:

- 5 + years of warehouse experience with 2+ year’s supervising experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Computer proficient - Oracle knowledge is a bonus
- Forklift experience is required
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull materials (up to 50 Lbs.)
- Building materials industry with engineered wood siding is a bonus
