As the Training Specialist, you will be responsible to prepare and deliver training to a network of over 60 airports, in accordance with company operating procedures and product.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support and deliver Airport Services Training in a classroom environment at airports across the network
- Initiate and provide all training needs to new airports joining the network and ensure operational and administrative readiness prior to start up.
- Ensure online training material and exams reflect current operating procedures.
- Oversee the Base Trainer program.
- Maintain training delivery of our DCS to airports.
- Ensure any change of procedure is included into departmental training material and presentations.
- Manage online facilitation of De-icing training programs and ensure compliance.
- Manage Training Records and ensure compliance with Transport Canada requirements.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding airport processes.
- Evaluate and identify differences in training needs for Wet/Damp lease operations with partner airlines.
- Provide coaching and operational support to front line staff at various airports across our network.
- Review, evaluate and modify proposed and existing programs based on audit trends, operational changes, regulatory updates and feedback.
- Maintain and deliver training material.
- Other duties as assigned

**What You’ll Need**:

- Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Security Clearance Mandatory
- Post Secondary Education
- Have a minimum of 3 years operational experience in an airline / aviation environment.
- Excellence in spoken and written English. Other languages (Spanish/French) an asset.
- Knowledge in training development and learning principles preferred.
- Excellent facilitation and instructing skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize, including Multi-tasking and time management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail
