We are for seeking a motivated and results-driven **Inside Sales Representative** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, client relationships, and contributing to a sustainable industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales (inside sales or account management preferred).
- Experience in the waste management, recycling, logistics, or related industry is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
