As a Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of the pre-owned department within the dealership. You will play a key role in managing inventory, maximizing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Duties*
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure a diverse selection of used cars
- Provide sales support and guidance to the sales team
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction

*Requirements*
- Previous experience in sales management, particularly in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and outside sales techniques
