Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. provides turnkey submetering and utility expense management services to property managers, building owners and developers across Canada. Wyse is unique in its ability to provide energy consumption transparency and accountability to its customers.

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of account billing information from sales to first bill. This position is directly responsible for performing data entry and related duties in calculation, preparation and issuance of bills, invoices, and account statements. In addition, the Billing Analyst is also responsible for the implementation and management of regulatory programs and the reconciliation of these programs with the appropriate government authorities. Disconnection process monthly analysis of client data, meter information and rate models to identify anomalies, generate reports and reconcile variances in rates, bulk bills, and suite consumption.

**Responsibilities**
- Help resolve client reconciliations requests or billing investigations from clients.
- Handle client escalations while proactively seeking ways to help improve processes and departmental metrics.
- Work with internal departments & external clients including Tenants, Property Owners/Managers, Utility Companies and Third-Party Vendors while establishing and maintaining relationships.
- Investigate and resolve billing related disputes and inquiries such as OEB Inquiries, Tenant and Client escalations.
- Responsible for day-to-day billing related functions such as Final bill reconciliation, OESP Program Reconciliations, processing and archiving tenant enrollment and moving forms, rates review and audit.
- Process and receive all mailed customer payments and posting to accounts accordingly.
- Process and ensure successful onboarding of new properties to billing system to ensure prompt and accurate billing of residents and clients.
- Assist with meter read investigations as required.
- Perform initial data analysis as required to help resolve and or identify billing related issues.
- Coordinate and schedule in-suite verifications with property managers and contractors.
- Disconnection preparation - communicating to properties for upcoming disconnection units in property.
- Resolving any errors or discrepancies with customer billing, accounts, or billing reports.
- Performing other duties as assigned and required.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of work experience in billing and data analysis
- University Degree or Business Administration Certificate or similar
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail, including ability to accurately review and proofread documents
- Ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent time management is a must
