Description

At Renyx Group Inc, we provide property maintenance and cleaning services to residential buildings across the GTA. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of two apartment buildings in Mississauga & Etobicoke area.

Locations: Mississauga / Etobicoke
2 Vacancies available

**Job Type**: Full-Time /Part time

**Salary**: $17.20 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
Daily cleaning and sanitizing of common areas, including:
Hallways
Lobbies
Stairwells
Laundry rooms
Elevators
Garbage and recycling collection from designated areas.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, railings).
Maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor spaces (entrances, walkways, parking areas).
Reporting maintenance issues to the Property Manager.
Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

**Qualifications**:
Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial buildings (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products.
Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
