**THE ROLE**

Installation of siding at or for residential projects

Participation in safety program and procedures

Lead Siding Team (2 to 3 person crew) and safely achieve objectives

Supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications

Monitor attendance of staff and accounting of hours/posting

Assist in resolution of technical problems

Resolve employee and customer concerns

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience in the industry installing siding in Winnipeg and surrounding area
- Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Team Leader should have prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
- Team Leader should have an understanding of building systems

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
