We are looking for a qualified, experienced and fun Full-Time Clinic Manager who is committed to joining our new clinic. Winkler Medical Clinic is a new Family Practice and Walk-in You'll be working alongside with a great team of Medical Office Assistants, Receptionists and Physicians

**You must have an experience with Medical Office Assistant and Accuro EMR.**

**Hours of work will mainly consist of**:
**Full Time**:Monday - Friday anytime between 830am and 6pm.
- Overseeing daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient running of the facility
- Establishing work priorities and ensure clinic procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Implement and develop clinic policies and procedures as needed
- Help, oversee and delegate tasks to medical staff
- Oversee payroll administration, reconcile payments, accounts receivables
- Ensure uninsured services and private payments are processed and paid out monthly
- Handling human resource-related tasks and patient issues and complaints
- Working along side the doctors to ensure smooth running of the clinic
- Ensuring doctors' schedule's are filled daily
- Ordering clinic supplies
- Home Clinic Enrollment/Management
- Attend and represent the clinic at meetings arranged by Manitoba Health and other health organizations
- Scheduling
- Hire and train new staff
- Other duties as required

**Position Requirements**
- Medical Office Assistant certificate; will accept experience
- PHIA (Personal Health Information Act) certification;
- CPR Certification is an asset;
- Thorough knowledge of complete **Accuro EMR** system;
- 1-3 year **minimum**experience in the medical field;
- **High** attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency with medical terminology;
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
