Lube Technician

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and any recommended maintenance.
- Assist in heavy lifting as needed during vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated on automotive repair techniques and dealership practices to enhance service quality.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in automotive repair or as a Lube Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is essential, along with familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in vehicle maintenance.
- Customer service experience is highly valued, as building rapport with clients is crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is important.
