**Daily Tasks Overview**:
- Ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, motivate, train, and supervise a passionate team.
- Guarantee optimal store performance daily.
- Embody the company's values in all actions.
- Maximize profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in a relevant professional role.
- **Education**: Holds a college diploma.
- **Flexibility**: Available for days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Autonomy & Initiative: Demonstrates strong decision-making abilities.
- Customer Orientation: Excellent service and relationship-building skills.
- Management Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers.
- Optimize sales and profitability.
- Communicate sales reports and relevant information.
- Ensure effective promotion implementation and product displays.
- Supervise inventory controls and track orders.
- Recruit and train employees to maintain high performance.
- Define and communicate sales goals to the team.
- Plan and manage store operations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Manage work schedules and timesheets diligently.
- Communicate with the administrative center when necessary.
