**YOUR MISSION**

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and hygiene of the premises, ensuring everything is perfect for our clients.

Specifically, your tasks will include:

- Opening our facilities daily (starting up and cleaning saunas, spas, steam baths) to ensure everything is spotless;
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the site at all times by performing housekeeping tasks as needed;
- Performing the duties of a site agent as needed (cleaning, snow removal, water testing, guiding clients, etc.);
- Coordinating and carrying out tasks related to building mechanics and machinery according to the maintenance plan;
- Performing various minor electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs;
- Validating department expenses with the director;
- Managing suppliers and subcontractors;
- Placing orders and following up on them;
- Working collaboratively with the Site Supervisor on shared tasks;
- Coordinating your work with other departments in the spa.

**THE SKILLS THAT WILL LEAD YOU TO SUCCESS**
- DEP in general building maintenance or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of swimming pools, water basins, or spas (an asset);
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, resourcefulness, and maturity;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work;
- Curiosity and intuition (must enjoy finding and solving mechanical problems).

**YOUR SCHEDULE**
- Permanent part-time position (30 hours/week);
- Work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM;
- Available on-call outside of your schedule to support or assist other team members as needed;
- Start date as soon as possible.
