Saanich, Canada West Coast Plow Full time

West Coast Plow, Victoria's premiere snow removal company is looking for a qualified and responsible individual to organize and oversee our daily operations, ensuring equipment and personnel are ready for winter road maintenance work. This roll will involve driving shifts, leading our overnight de-icing crews.

Job Details:

- Organization and overseeing daily operations
- Preparing equipment and product for our snow and ice removal services
- Daily reporting of equipment and product status
- Overnight driving responsibilities and crew leadership for our deicing shifts and snow removal shifts
- This position runs from October 1st to March 30th, and the salary of $50k is based on a full season being completed.
- **A pro-rated salary would be calculated if the roll is filled mid-season, with a 2 week introductory period on an hourly wage**

**Requirements**:

- Trade industry management or crew leadership experience
- Valid Class 5 license required
- On call 24/7 starting Nov. 1st
- Positive attitude
- Team orientated leadership approach

Preferred:

- Snow and ice removal experience
