**LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION TEAM MEMBER - D OR A CLASS DRIVER**

**We offer**:

- Full-Time, Steady hours of 40 - 60 hours per week
- Hourly rate of $26 - $34 per hour based on experience and overall knowledge

**Driver Requirements**:

- Clean drivers abstract
- ‘A’ Restricted License required
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Commercial Driving experience
- AZ’ or ‘DZ’ License an asset
- Must have Excavator and Bobcat experience
- Safe operation, cleaning, and maintenance of machinery and vehicles
- Manual Labour required.
- Mechanical skills to repair trucks and equipment helpful but not necessary
- Travel to jobsites as required and load/unload equipment

**Team Member Requirements**
- **Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in residential/construction landscape design/build.**
- Ability to read and understand construction drawing.
- Experience with the safe operation of track loaders, mini excavators, compaction equipment and other power tools.
- Good working knowledge of all hardscaping, soft scaping, accent lighting, concrete, and irrigation systems, plant ID etc.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the job outdoors.
- An eye for detail, be career minded with a desire to grow with the company long term.

- Capability to make judgement-based decisions independently
- Self motivated

- Ability to work independently and under direct supervision
- Perform tasks following industry best practices
- Understanding of operating equipment using GPS grading systems (training available if necessary)

Weekends as needed

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
