**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for French language instruction
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress and enhance learning experiences
- Provide tutoring support to students who may need additional assistance in mastering the French language
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Assess and evaluate student performance through regular testing, assignments, and classroom activities
- Incorporate diverse teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles, including those of students with special educational needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and advancements in language instruction

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, French, or a related field; teaching certification preferred
- **Minimum 2 years of experience teaching French and at least B2 level proficiency in French (CEFR standard) is required**:

- Experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education or special education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds
- Proficiency in proofreading educational materials to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Familiarity with math concepts is a plus, as it may be integrated into language learning activities
- A passion for educating others and creating an inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and curiosity
