**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their pool and spa needs, offering product recommendations, and addressing inquiries.
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including recording sales, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as reconciling cash registers, managing petty cash, and monitoring expenses.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and train team members on its proper use.
- Maintain and update inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and collaborate with the team to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Assist with merchandising activities, including product displays, signage, and pricing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments related to pools and spas.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience using QuickBooks for financial management.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the pool and spa industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pools, spas, and related products.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and familiarity with related retail software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items, as needed.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
