**HOW you’ll create Moments that Matter**:
You will support and oversee In-Camp Trail wilderness programming, ensuring safety policies, risk-management systems, and industry best practices are consistently followed. You will help train and support the Wilderness Team, maintain equipment and inventories, and contribute to camp-wide programming such as Depot sessions and Clubs activities. You will also manage key administrative tasks including food orders, environmental tracking, budgeting support, and end-of-season reporting to drive continuous improvement.

**What You’ll bring**:

- Experience leading youth or wilderness programs in camp or outdoor environments, with a strong focus on safety and engagement.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic setting.
- A demonstrated commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and the Y’s mission and values.
- Required Certifications: Standard First Aid with CPR-C, Wilderness Advanced First Aid (WAFA), Moving Water, White Water Rescue (WWR)
