**Position Summary**:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Quotation Specialist** to join our Service Support Team and support ad hoc customer requests. This hands-on role involves interpreting technical parts lists, compiling accurate quotations—including components, fabricated parts, and labor—and managing order fulfillment in the most efficient way possible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review technical parts lists from engineers and generate detailed quotations.
- Source component pricing and lead times; communicate directly with suppliers and customers.
- Quote fabricated parts and labor where required.
- Enter and process orders efficiently, identifying optimal fulfillment paths.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Ensure quotes are timely, accurate, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism in customer communications.
- Support ongoing process improvement within estimation and order management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in estimation, quoting, or technical sales support.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical components and terminology preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with complex spreadsheets.
- Background in manufacturing or logistics is highly desirable.
- Detail-focused, collaborative, and highly customer-oriented.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the US and Canada to support business needs.
