La Beignerie est une nouvelle boutique de beignes végétaliens indépendante avec une petite équipe en pleine croissance.
Nous recherchons quelqu'un pour diriger notre petite équipe d'employés afin d'assurer la plus haute qualité des produits et du service à la clientèle, ainsi que pour effectuer des tâches de gestion sur place afin de maintenir et d'optimiser les systèmes.
Le poste implique 4 jours de travail par semaine avec 20-25 heures de travail par semaine. Il y a une certaine flexibilité avec les jours travaillés et la capacité d'optimiser son temps est une qualité fortement souhaitée.
Le travail consiste principalement à s'assurer que les employés effectuent les tâches requises et que les normes soient respectées dans tous les domaines.
**Responsabilités du poste**
- Superviser la performance du personnel et appliquer des mesures correctives au besoin.
- Superviser et gérer la préparation des aliments, le service à la clientèle, la qualité, la santé et la sécurité, et la propreté.
- Responsable d’engager les nouveaux employés et superviser leur formation.
- S'assurer que les employés sont formés sur leurs tâches, la préparation des aliments, le service à la clientèle, les procédures d'hygiène et de sécurité.
- Établir et maintenir l’horaire de travail.
- Gérer l’inventaire, passer et recevoir les commandes.
- Apprendre le rôle de tous les employés afin d'évaluer leur performance, effectuer des contrôles de la qualité et les remplacer si nécessaire.
- Superviser et participer aux activités de nettoyage.
**Exigences**
- Expérience en gestion, idéalement dans le secteur de la restauration ou de la préparation des aliments.
- Expérience dans la formation d'employés à diverses tâches
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, pro de la communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Grand sens de l'organisation et ponctualité
- Flexibilité pour travailler les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés.

La Beignerie is a new independently owned vegan donut shop with a small, but growing team.
We are looking for someone to lead our small team of employees to ensure the highest quality of product and customer service as well as performing on site managerial tasks to maintain and optimize systems.
The job involves 4 work days per week with 20-25 working hours per week. There is some flexibility with days worked and the ability to optimize your time is a strongly desired quality.
The job heavily involves ensuring that employees perform tasks as required and standards are maintained across the board.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring and managing food preparation, customer service, quality, health & safety, and cleanliness.
- Responsible for the recruitment of new staff and overseeing their training.
- Ensure employees are trained on their job duties, food preparation, customer service, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Set and maintain a shift schedule.
- Manage inventory and place and receive orders.
- Learn all employees roles in order to assess performance, perform quality control, and fill in if needed.
- Supervise and participate in cleaning activities.
**Requirements**:
- Management experience, ideally in the restaurant or food preparation industry
- Experience in training employees in various tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
- Strong organizational skills and punctuality
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends and holidays
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: $27.50 per hour
