**Position Title**: Vending Service Representative (Driver/Merchandiser)

**Location(s)**: Ottawa and surrounding areas, including Quebec

**Job type**: Part-time

**Salary Range**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
- Commensurate with experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Blue Heaven Café and its express vending network, currently situated throughout Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

**Responsibilities**
- Receiving, sorting and distributing product orders at various locations
- Driving and delivering product through the Ottawa corridor and Quebec
- Stocking and managing inventory
- Client communication and developing client relationships onsite
- Stocking and providing first level servicing to our vending machines
- Reporting issues and solving them with the team and/or the reporting manager
- Following operational processes

**Forecasted Weekly Hours**

Hours will vary from week-to-week and are determined based on what machines need to be stocked, based on inventory percentages and expiry dates of the products in circulation.

With the exception of the mandatory Thursday/Friday availability, the remainder of shifts are very flexible and, if desired, CAN be cycled into weekends.

This role involves significant driving in between locations on a frequent basis.

Company vehicle is available, if desired.

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills, by extension you represent our brand
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

**Required Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s licence [drivers abstract required]
- Must be comfortable to drive extended cab cargo van
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. of weight
- Flexibility to travel multi-provincially
- Ability to work weekdays and evenings
- Must be able to work out of province and stay overnight if needed (rarely)
- Must be able to drive for periods up to 12 hours if needed
